Returns Policy (PROOOF READ / remove duplicates)
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.
Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If returning from OUTSIDE the EU please DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES as there will be excessive clearance fees, we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. You must ensure the value on the parcel is listed as “ZERO” and you CLEARLY write "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and the parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
Butterfly do not pay returns postage unless an item is the wrong item or faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Where is my order?
All orders are processed within 3 working days. Shipping time is within 2 to 5 working days (international orders may be up to 10 working days). If this time has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact our customer support team via email on with your order number.
Can I be a promoter?
We are currently not looking for promoters, but follow us on our socials @butterflymakeupandbrowstudio to keep an eye out for any future opportunities.
How do I take care of my lashes?
The lashes itself are very delicate and should be handled with care. To remove the glue on the eyelash bands, we recommend pulling it off with tweezers and resting the bands in cleansing water.
I’ve received a faulty item, what do I do?
All our lashes are quality checked before being despatched to our customers. Unfortunately, sometimes customers can still receive faulty items. If you have received a faulty item, you will need to email our customer service team at you may be eligible for a swap or refund. It is a strict 14 day policy, once this time passes your order will be closed and you will be no longer eligible for a swap or refund.
I don’t want my lashes anymore, can I get a refund?
Due to hygiene reasons there’s strictly a no returns or swap policy. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, no returns or refunds are possible.
What’s your most subtle and most exaggerated lash?

Are your faux mink lashes vegan?
Our faux mink lashes are not considered vegan as they are made from silk.
Do you do MUA discounts on bulk orders?
